I guarantee for one year from the puppy's birth date that if any life threatening genetic health defect causes it's death, the puppy will be replaced at no charge with another of equal type and value per original purchase price as closely as possible as soon as one is available, subject to the following terms and conditions:

An autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian and a medical report furnished documenting that the cause of death was due solely to a genetic defect.  AKC papers must be returned with the puppy.  All expenses related to the guarantee including vet fees, pick up, shipping charges, are the responsibility of the buyer. 

I do not guarantee against hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, parasites, parvo, or any other stress or environmentally related conditions. I do not guarantee dew claws: their condition, regrowth or removal, or tooth and dental issues. Buyer should have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving it or this health guarantee no longer applies.

Guarantee is 30 days for breeders.
